What stage is the development at?
Place 3 is a proposed development at an early stage. We’re seeking tenant expressions of interest as plans develop. The imagery shows the architectural vision and is subject to design development and relevant approvals.
What sizes and lease terms are available?
Tenancy layouts, floor areas, fit-out provisions and commercial terms are still to be confirmed. Share your requirements through the leasing form so they can inform a discussion. The space ranges in the form describe your needs, not available tenancies.
When will Place 3 open?
